Belonging Among Friends by ~Lunos:iconLunos:

You're not alone
When surrounded by friends.
Even though there's an ache,
A hole in your heart.

But try and try again
To fill that hole they will;
Even though they'll never replace
What you've lost.

They'll include you in all their games,
And beat themselves up, when they say something stupid;
Something which makes the smile
Slide off your face and from your eyes.

And even though you were gone,
For such a long time;
Now you're back,
As if you'd never left.

And even though you are strong,
They'll try to tell you;
That if you ever feel lost,
You will always belong among friends.

I dont really know much about the logistics of poetry, so I can't offer any constructive comments, but I really like this one. Its got lots of emotion in it that makes it all meaningful and stuff. Anyway I like it, because its all sad and sweet at the same time.

Well I must like it, 'cause usually I'm too lazy to comment on Deviations... xDD
